Steel cast products

Shown on the right are steel cast fittings. We can offer sand casting, or investment casting, depending on the size, quantity, and precision requirements of the work piece. Various grades of steel can be used in this process. Subsequent heat treatment or machining to provide additional features or precision is possible. Finish is usually hot or cold galvanize, followed by powder or electrophoresis coating (E-coating) for further rust proofing and aesthetic improvement.

Pretty large workpieces can be done this way.

Small Tools

Shown on the right is a disposable hole saw as part of a tool kit for installing another device, and some gardening tools. With the facilities we have, we can virtually manufacture all kinds of small tools and metallic hardware's.

The hole saw itself requires processes like deep drawing, tooth punching and off-setting, heat treatment, and blackening etc.

Stainless Steel Casting

Shown on the right is a stainless steel cast product, about 3 inches (76 mm) tall. Special technology is required for this type of casting as unlike cast iron, fluidity of molten stainless steel is bad. Products like the one here, with thin sections and multi cavities add to the difficulty.

High Temperature Ceramic Products

Shown here is an artificial coral reef made from high temperature ceramics. This project was lead by a doctor of marine science to restore coral reefs damaged in huge areas due to uncontrolled use of dynamites for fishing. This product is lowered onto the sea bed, in big numbers, with small pieces of live coral attached. Such material is required to provide a non-toxic surface on which the coral can grow and thrive, in addition to being a stable material in the undersea environment.

Our ceramic facilities include industrial ceramics, like electrical or thermal insulators, and decorative and household ceramics, like bone china tea sets, flower vases, display items etc.

Health Products

Shown here are some of our products in the health accessories industry, mostly used in the States. They include devices to help people to straighten their spines, for better support of their lordosis by compressing the abdomen inwards, keeping fractured pelvis together to reduce pain and bleeding in trauma situations, etc.

Best quality materials have to be used, and utmost cleanliness maintained in production and assembly. Constant engineering innovation is also necessary to make these devices ever more efficient and fail-proof.

Industrial Sewn Products

Shown here are some tool pouches, carry bag for health products etc. We can supply products with various fabrics, like nylon, 600D, 300D, polyester, non-woven etc, with different coatings, like PVC, PU, PA etc. Fire and flame retardant fabrics are also available.

Screen printing, computer aided embroidering, silicone rubber or leather badges etc are also available for enhancing the aesthetic value of your products.

Plastic Injection Molds

For large plastic products, the shipping cost usually beats the savings of having them molded in China. Some of our customers prefer to order the injection tool from us and do the molding in their home country.

The cycle usually begins with sending us the 3D files and specifications for a quotation. We will send photos to show the progress along the way. The final tooling will be installed on a suitable injection molding machine and the test shots sent to customer for approval. Of course customers are welcome to inspect the tool and the molding in person. We can also start with a sample of the product, or just some sketches in case a client is starting a new business and does not have 3D designing facilities handy.

Customer can specify the grade of steel to be used, or we can recommend some for approval prior to the final quotation.

Plastic Products

Shown here some injection molded products, including an ice bucket, a cover for retrofitted instruments for small airplanes, and the base of a golf cart.

With our facilities, we can manufacture virtually any type of plastic products, from small precision parts used in instruments like photocopying machines, to large parts like garden furniture, washing machine linings, playground slides etc. We can do both thermoplastics like nylon, ABS, PVC etc, or thermosets, like natural rubber, neoprene etc.

Our facilities encompass injection molding, compression molding, rotomolding, rotational molding, blow molding, vacuum forming etc.

Outdoor Display - Bronze Lantern

Shown here is a bronze lantern more than 2 meters tall, that we designed, fabricated, and installed for the Sheraton Hotel in Chengdu, China. There are a pair of them (the other one outside of the photo) placed in front of the main entrance. The inset shows the installation at work late at night to avoid the busy traffic on the main road just outside.

We undertook the whole process from design to installation. The lantern is cast in one piece. For more details on the design, see our Design Examples Section.

Indoor Display - Earth Quake Machine Model

This pair of bronze models constitutes the main display item in the lobby of Sheraton Hotel, Chengdu, China. We designed, manufactured and installed. The toads in the fountain from the mouth of which water jets spew were also designed and made by us.

indoor Display - Brass Leaves with Glass Background

This design was done by the architect for a hotel in Lotus Hill, Guangdong, China. There are over 10 panels of similar style altogether for the Chinese restaurant section, ranging from 3 to 5 meters tall. The leaves are hand cut and beaten to a V-shape to give them the 3D depth, and brazed together according to design.

The cost was very reasonable, yet the results are pretty stylish and unique.
