- (Would AETIKS be signing any Non-Disclosure Agreement if we request?) Yes. This is in fact a very common practice with our customers. We even have a standard one in PDF format to provide to clients who might not have one handy. Click [Non-Disclosure Agreement] to view/download. - (What are the general payment terms and methods? ) --- We would generally require 50% of total payment as deposit at order placement. The balance to be paid prior to shipment. Payment methods can be Telegraphic Transfer (TT), or Letter of Credit (L/C). The most common method now is TT, as L/C is really costly and cumbersome for both parties. (Back to Top)
- (What currency will you quote in? ) --- We usually quote in US$. We can quote in Euros or Australian Dollars if customer so desires. (Back to Top)
- (Would your quote include things like freight charges, insurance etc?) --- We can quote as requested. Generally it is Freight on Board (FOB), where the price includes local delivery of goods to the shipping company or freight forwarder as instructed, or Cost Insurance Freight (CIF), where price includes freight charge to customer specified port plus insurance. - (Where is your factory located in China?) --- This really depends on the nature of your product. For precision injection molding, toys, electronics etc, it is usually in the Southern China area, like Guangdong. For large piece injection molding, rotational molding, steel machining, casting, industrial sewing etc, it would probably be in the Jiejiang area, like Ningbo, Hangzhou. Other product types might be in Tsing Tao, Shijiazhong, Jindezhen etc. (Back to Top)
- (How long would it take to get a quotation from you?) --- It depends on the complexity of the product. But very rarely would it take more than three weeks, reckoning from the time when all doubtful points have been clarified. (Back to Top)
